ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accessing and/or ordering from Museion you engage in and agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use and/or access this website. No provisions, deviations from or conﬂicts with the terms & conditions will be recognized or
honoured unless otherwise authorized by a Museion representative.
With these terms & conditions we guarantee that all deliveries, services and information provided shall be performed to standard.

PURCHASES
Museion aims to provide high-quality historical, fantasy and
sci-ﬁ inspired clothing to you, the consumer. Purchases made from Museion are for the personal or gift use of the purchaser only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial beneﬁt is prohibited unless authorized. You may not use Museion products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We strive to keep your orders as well as payments as secure as possible, however, we do live in a burgeoning sci-ﬁ dystopia; in the case of third party unauthorized access to any customer data, we will not be held responsible for any losses incurred.
If you are under 18 years old or the age of majority in your region, you must have parents' permission to buy from Museion.

PRICES
All default prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD) but may appear in your local currency depending on your personal e-commerce settings. Shipping costs are not included in the price, as they are calculated as an additional charge upon check-out.
All prices are subject to change at any time.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

COLOURS

While we have made every possible effort to render product information and colors accurately, due to the varied displays and color capabilities of computer monitors, the color and/or representation may not be exactly the same as the actual item. We cannot be held responsible for the color accuracy of your computer monitor, but hopefully these issues will by quelled by virtual reality someday.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP All material, information, and images published on the Museion website, store and accompanying social media outlets are the property of Museion. Any use of such without the express written permission of a Museion representative is expressly and strictly forbidden. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that Museion will be error-free or available without interruptions. To err is human, as is down-time for improvement.

LIABILITY

You agree that Museion shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense due in full or in part arising out of or resulting from using the Museion website or purchasing from Museion's web store. In no event shall Museion be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to the Museion website, web store, or the content found within. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conﬂict, embargo, ﬁre or ﬂood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. This includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc. Realistically the government isn't going to ban dressing in sci-ﬁ-inspired neo-Victorian clothing, but we have to cover our bases.
These terms & conditions, in their entirety, shall be governed by the laws of Canada.
