Shipping & Returns

Return policy

Orders can be returned for store credit within 45 days. After 45 days, returns cannot be honoured. 
Store credit is determined by the value of returned items. Shipping fees are not included under this determination. 
Returns are not accepted on items that have been worn, stripped of tags, laundered or shows signs of wear. Trying it on is fine, but items with obvious signs of use cannot be accepted.  
Credit will be applied when order items are returned to Museion. 
Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping. 

Cancelling orders

To cancel an order, please email customer support at orders@museion.ca. 
Please be aware that if your order status is marked as Awaiting Shipment or Shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order, as the package is already on its way to you. These orders will need to be returned. You have 45 days to initiate the return process.  

Exchange policy

Orders can be exchanged for other items of the same value within 45 days. After 45 days, exchanges cannot be honoured. Shipping fees are not included in the determination of value. Exchanges are also subject to product availability; alternate sizes must be in-stock and available to be successfully exchanged.

Process

If you wish to return an item or order, please please email customer support at orders@museion.ca. We will provide you with a reference number and a return address; please do not send back items before intiating this process. We cannot guarantee store credit or exchanges to orders returned without a reference number. 
Museion processes store credits through Squarespace's e-commerce system within 5 business days after receiving the returned item or order.  Applied store credit will be confirmed via email. 
To exchange items for a different size and/or colourway, please contact orders@museion.ca. As with returns, you will be provided with a reference number a return address; please do not send back items before intiating this process. We cannot guarantee store credit or exchanges to orders returned without a reference number.  
Replacement sizes and/or colourways are processed as new orders; you may submit the new order immediately, or you may wait for us to recieve your returned goods and apply store credit. Exchanges are subject to product availability; alternate sizes must be in-stock and available to be successfully exchanged, so it is recommended that you order immediately while the product is still available.
